2. How we use it
To operate the platform, provide support, send essential service emails, and improve the product. We never sell personal data or use student records for advertising.
3. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and every sensitive action is captured in audit logs available to your administrators.
4. Retention & deletion
You control your records. Schools can export or request deletion of their workspace at any time; we honour deletion requests within 30 days.
