Account details (name, email), school records your team enters (students, staff, grades, attendance, finances), and usage data that helps us keep the service reliable and secure.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform, provide support, send essential service emails, and improve the product. We never sell personal data or use student records for advertising.
3. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and every sensitive action is captured in audit logs available to your administrators.
4. Retention & deletion
You control your records. Schools can export or request deletion of their workspace at any time; we honour deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We set only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep the platform secure, plus any optional ones you allow. Our Cookie Policy lists every one and lets you change your choice at any time.
