Welcome to Skwalee. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Skwalee provides school management software covering admissions, academics, attendance, communication and finance tooling. We may improve or modify features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your school's workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Your data
Your school owns its data. We process it solely to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are billed per active user per term as displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
